The short version: we collect what is needed to open your game accounts, move your money and answer you on chat. We do not sell it. Ask and we will delete it.
1Who we are
Ducky Vegas is an agent. We open and look after accounts for you on casino game platforms run by other companies, and we move money in and out of those accounts on your behalf. We are the people you talk to; we are not the companies that make the games.
This page covers what we do with your information on this website. It does not cover what a game platform does with yours once you are playing there — that is between you and them, and their policy applies.
2What we actually collect
Only what the job needs. Every item below exists because something would stop working without it.
| What | Why we have it |
|---|---|
| Email address | It is your account. It is how we match a payment, a game login and a conversation to the same person. |
| Display name and photo | Only if you set them. So an agent knows who they are talking to. |
| Chat messages, pictures, voice notes | So the conversation is still there tomorrow, and so a different agent can pick it up without asking you to start again. |
| Payment tag and receipt screenshots | To confirm a deposit arrived and credit the right person. |
| Deposit and cashout records | Your balance history, and ours. |
| Game logins we issue you | So you can find them again under My Games instead of digging through chat. |
| IP address, approximate city, device and browser | Spotting fraud, and knowing whether a problem is yours or ours. |
| Pages visited on this site | Working out what is worth building next. |
We never see your card or bank details. You pay through Cash App, Zelle, Venmo or whichever method is listed, and those companies handle the money. What reaches us is the tag you sent from and the amount.
3Who else can see it
A short list, and nobody is buying anything.
- Google Firebase — where your account and our records are stored, and what signs you in. Google processes it on our instructions.
- Cloudflare — serves this website and tells us roughly where a visit came from.
- The game platform — to open your account we hand over what they ask for, usually a username and an email.
- The law — if we are properly required to.
We do not sell your information, and we do not rent it out for advertising. There is no exception to that hiding further down this page.
4How long we keep it
Chat threads and transaction records stay while your account is open, because a dispute about a payment three months old cannot be settled without them. Close your account and we remove the personal parts within 90 days, keeping only what we are obliged to keep for accounting.
Visit logs are cut back after about 90 days.
5What you can ask for
- A copy of what we hold about you
- A correction, if something is wrong
- Deletion of your account and its data
- An explanation of anything on this page in plain words
Ask on chat or email support@duckyvegas.com. We answer within a few days. We will not make you fill in a form or quote a reference number at us.
6How it is protected
Everything travels over HTTPS. Your records sit behind rules that check who is asking before anything is handed over — a signed-in player can reach their own balance, their own chat and their own game logins, and nothing belonging to anybody else. Passwords are held by Google, hashed; we never see them.
No website can promise it will never be broken into, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. If something happens that affects you, we will tell you.
7Cookies, and what we do not use
This site keeps a couple of small things in your browser: that you confirmed your age, which game you were topping up, and your sign-in so you are not asked every visit.
There is no advertising tracker on this site and no third-party analytics following you around the web.
8Under 21s
This service is for adults of 21 and over. We do not knowingly keep anything about anybody younger. If you believe a minor has an account here, tell us and it will be closed and wiped.
9Changes
If we change something that matters, we will say so on the site rather than quietly editing the date at the top.
10Contact
Live chat, any hour — a person, not a robot.
Email support@duckyvegas.com
Anything here you would like explained in plain words, ask us on chat. A person answers.
